The Trim and Thrive Program - 12 Month Program

What is the Trim and Thrive Program?

This progressive weight-loss program is designed to shred excess body fat and to stimulate the metabolism whilst maintaining muscle.

The focus is on sustainable and healthy habits for a leaner and stronger body. Toned arms and legs, a more defined core, and a reduction in waist circumference are progressive measures. 

Feel confident, energised and stronger. 

Who will benefit from the Trim and Thrive Program?:

Males and females from the age of 18 years who are motivated to start their body transformation, eager to lose body fat and to gain confidence.

Gym membership:

Gym membership is required for the Trim and Thrive Program.

How many days per week should you train:

The recommendation for the Trim and Thrive Program is to train between 4-5 days per week. It becomes more challenging to see results when training less than 4 days per week.

Each training session is planned for between 60 and 90 minutes.

Level of fitness/experience required:

The Trim and Thrive Program will be adjusted based on your level of fitness and/or experience. 

How does the Trim and Thrive Program work?

1.    Start by creating an account

2.    Select a payment option based on your desired Program duration

3.    Receive invitations to download two Apps

4.    Complete intake questions relating to fitness/training experience and nutrition

5.    Baseline photos required (you will be guided on what is required to monitor your progress)

6.    Log your current food-intake for three days via one of the Apps

7.    Two specialised coaches will prepare your training and nutrition interventions

8.    Training and Nutrition plans pushed out via Apps within 5 days after you’ve signed-up and ready-to-go in both Apps

9.    Active monitoring will occur throughout the duration of your participation in the Program
