Do I need to make an account?

Yes, you will need to make an account to proceed with booking your Free Eligibility Assessment. If successful, you can then proceed to join the Program.

Do I need to enter my payment details for the Free Eligibility Assessment?

We do not require payment details for the Free Eligibility Assessment. Payment details will only be required once you register to join the FoodFitMatch Program.

Can I change the Free Eligibility Assessment appointment?

Yes. Giving FoodFitMatch at least 48-hours’ notice of a cancellation will enable another person to make a booking in that timeslot.

What happens after I complete the Free Eligibility Assessment?

If your Eligibility Assessment with FoodFitMatch has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email inviting you to enrol and join the FoodFitMatch Program. From this point onwards you will be able to pay and book for your different virtual consultations.

Can I change my Induction and Onboarding appointments?

Yes, your Induction and Onboarding appointments (which are 2 separate virtual appointments, booked 2 weeks apart) can be changed, given 48-hours’ notice. Note that both appointments must be rescheduled.

If I cancel the FoodFitMatch Program, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for our FoodFitMatch Program as per our Terms and Conditions. We can however reschedule or defer your participation in the FoodFitMatch Program to a time that will be suitable for you.

How can I schedule my monthly progress check-in appointments?

You will receive reminders at regular intervals from FoodFitMatch on what to do and on how to proceed.

Do you provide gym membership?

FoodFitMatch do not provide gym memberships. To participate in the FoodFitMatch Program, it is a requirement to have a gym membership with your preferred facility, and at your own expense.

How does FoodFitMatch operate?

We are a virtual specialised service and will not be able to cater for in-person sessions. We are committed to reach and mentor passionate and successful participants around the globe, so that they can benefit from our evidence-based services. The FoodFitMatch Program is exclusively tailored to suit female clients between the ages of 25 and 65 years.

Do I need a smart phone to participate?

Yes, you will need a phone capable of accessing either the Google Play or Apple App Stores to download our apps which will facilitate the Program. This is how we will be monitoring your progress and keeping you on-track.

How much does the FoodFitMatch Program (Stage 1) cost?

FoodFitMatch is a specialised service offered only to those individuals who have been successful with their Eligibility Assessment. This service is provided and mentored by two qualified & skilled professionals, to ensure individualised quality, consistency, and aesthetic results.

The cost of Stage 1 covers:
• Month Zero (Induction & Onboarding)
• Months 1-6 (ongoing mentoring and adjustments to individualised plans, regular progress check-ins and Graduation)

We offer two payment options:

Full payment upfront comes with a 15% discount at AU$2,677 (ex GST)*

Option 2
Ongoing monthly instalments of AU$449.99* (for 7 months)
