How the Specialised Aesthetics Program Works
Entry into the Program starts with Foundational Body Sculpting. This means that you can join FoodFitMatch at any time during the cycle and complete the Program at a pace that suits your lifestyle. When attending any virtual session, you are an equal member, irrespective of which phase you are completing.
Each member will therefore have their own start and finish date, depending on when they joined FoodFitMatch.
Allow your body the time to adapt to the stresses of resistance training, trust in your progress and maintain balance between your specialised training, your aesthetic nutrition and your rest. You are laying the foundation to strengthen your body and mind. Emphasis is on what is needed rather than the time taken.

Introduction and initiation in a systematic fashion accounting for your current training level and matched towards the architecture of the FoodFitMatch training approach. Acquiring the basic neuromuscular skills whilst initiating the development of your muscle and connective tissue, and conditioning your nutritional needs to your energy requirements.

Conditioning Body Sculpting
Maintaining consistent resistance training, noticing exercise performance through a balanced approach between pushing yourself hard with high intensities of effort but not overtraining. Monitor your energy expenditure, energy requirements for training and recovery.

Essential Aesthetic Body Sculpting
Development of muscular symmetry, installing and adhering to a mind-to-body connection, adjusting to the demands of the routine by matching number of sets, repetitions, resistance and rest. Adhere to micro and macro nutrients to support your training effort and supplementation for performance.

Advanced Aesthetic Body Sculpting
Employing a split-body routine that involves multiple exercises performed for a controlled number of muscle groups that allows you to perform a higher volume of training whilst affording greater recovery between sessions. Nutritionally enhanced execution is underpinned by nutritional supplementation and performance eating.
