Three steps to get started
• Step 1: Purchase a Self-Managed Training Program
• Step 2: Receive an email with instructions (it’s advised to also check your spam box)
Complete your Intake Questionnaire
Get yourself set-up on our Training App
This will help us understand your current fitness level, fitness goals, preferences, restrictions and/or injuries (current or past) you may have, so that we can align your Self-Managed Training Program to your needs.
• Step 3: Access your Program and Onboarding (it’s advised to also check your spam box)
Once you have completed the Intake Questionnaire and you are set-up on our Training App, you will receive confirmation that your Self-Managed Training Program is ready to access.
You will also receive your Onboarding information via the Training App.
