Change Requests

Your monthly membership includes the scheduled check-ins, monitoring and planned program progression outlined in your selected Program. Reasonable adjustments identified by Gretchen as part of your scheduled review are also included.
A AU$50 fee, including GST, applies when you request a substantial Program change outside the scheduled review cycle. This may include changing your training availability, goals, gym or equipment access after your program has been prepared. 
Gretchen will discuss and confirm any applicable fee with you prior to the commencement of any potential change.
